Sales Representative

Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is a growing staffing firm dedicated to delivering the best skilled trades professionals across New England to some of the region's most respected and long-standing commercial construction companies .

As we continue to expand, we're looking to add a driven Account Manager to our team, focused on Commercial and Industrial construction in Eastern Massachusetts , one of our strongest and most established territories.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working in the field, and being closely connected to the construction industry.

What You'll Do

• Conduct business-to-business sales both in the field (job sites) and in the office

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial construction decision-makers

• Sell temporary staffing and direct-hire placement solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal staff, and STP craftsmen

• Evaluate applicants' skills and experience to ensure proper placement on job sites

• Negotiate contracts and pricing

• Act as a problem-solver and point of contact for both clients and field employees

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience

• Strong interest in or passion for construction and skilled trades

• Preferred experience in:

  • Electrical sales

  • Construction sales

  • Working with commercial electrical contractors

  • Staffing or workforce solutions

• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and virtually

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Willingness to travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000

• Six-figure earning potential through commissions and bonuses in year 1

• Monthly commission, plus quarterly and annual bonuses
