Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing, mission-driven healthcare team in Quincy, MA. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care in both clinic and telehealth settings.
As a Primary Care Provider, you will help patients achieve their health goals through comprehensive, person-centered care. Working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will leverage innovative technology and a longitudinal care model to improve individual and community wellness.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary: $130,000 – $165,000, based on experience

Qualifications:
Active NP license in Massachusetts, or the ability to obtain
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience practicing as a NP in a primary care or related setting.
Strong clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
Experience utilizing EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients from varied backgrounds.
Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to patient confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
