What You’ll Do
- Facilitate conversations between residents and office staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Assist with resident engagement and community activities
- Support office operations as needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
