About the Position
- Start Date: 06/15/2026
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Days – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Medical Surgical unit
- Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess patient condition and document care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
- Float to other Med Surg units as needed
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain accurate charting in Meditech system
Requirements
Requirements
- 2 years current Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience required
- Float willingness required
- Basic Dysrhythmia course strongly required
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Active AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
- NIHSS certification required
