VP, Account Director | Data Driven Performance Marketing | US
As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with global leaders in the Data-Driven Performance Marketing (DDP) sector. You will take charge of account leadership, performance management, and business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: Account Leadership & Growth: Oversee account performance, ensuring profitability and expansion. Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
Strategic Growth: Identify and lead efforts to expand services and drive growth within existing clients while supporting pre-sales and pitch efforts with new clients.
Team Collaboration: Lead the charge in identifying resources needed to deliver high-impact data-driven marketing services, managing growth opportunities, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Client Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner for clients, developing a comprehensive understanding of their goals and challenges. Drive successful project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Data Strategy Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of data strategy, analytics, data science, and technology platforms to deliver exceptional marketing performance.
Innovation & Technology: Stay ahead of trends in data technology, ensuring the team is always equipped with the best tools and insights to support clients.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams (including data, technology, and marketing) to create seamless and integrated client solutions.
Travel: Engage with clients in multiple locations, with a particular focus on Boston, Atlanta, NYC, and Dallas.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will: Have 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years in business development and growing enterprise-level client accounts.
Be skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-disciplinary initiatives.
Possess a proven track record of growing accounts and developing successful data-driven marketing strategies.
Have expertise in consultative selling, with an ability to craft executive-level presentations that tell a compelling story.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of data insights, customer experience, and business performance optimization.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset, with the energy and drive to explore new opportunities and take ownership of growth.
Be confident in navigating multiple projects and delivering results, even when facing challenges.
