Your Responsibilities
Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Live-In Responder role at the Residences at Neponset Field, a senior housing community in Hyde Park, MA with 32 units. The Live-In Responder will provide on-call coverage between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00am Monday through Friday and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with resident lockouts.
- Responding to in-unit emergency pull-cord alarms and notifying staff and first responders, as required.
- Assessing and responding to emergency work orders at the property, and reporting issues to the Maintenance Superintendent.
- Assisting in emergency wellness checks by first responders.
- Patrolling the property and reporting safety concerns to management and police.
- Light snow removal and janitorial duties, as needed.
- Maintain property landscape.
This position requires the Responder to be available during traditional non-business hours, including holidays and weekends. Notwithstanding planned vacations, it is expected the Live-in Responder will be no more than 15 minutes from the property to respond to issues.

The ideal candidate will be a responsible person with good interpersonal skills, ability to respond well in emergencies, and who leads a quiet lifestyle. Candidates are required to have a pre-employment physical exam and a background/CORI check.
Compensation:
The compensation provided for these services is a rent-free 1-bedroom apartment.
