Whether you’re looking to grow your career in hospitality or take the first step into something new, this is your chance to meet leaders from both of our Greater Boston locations: Assembly Row and Prudential. Come in and find a role that's perfect for you!

What We're Hiring For:

We're actively looking for passionate, people-first individuals for the following roles:

  • Shift Manager (3+ years leadership experience)
  • Bartender (1+ year experience)
  • Server (1+ year experience)
  • Host
  • Server Assistant

What to Expect at Hiring Day:

We’re hosting a two-day drop-in Hiring Event at Earls Prudential , where you will:

  • Meet leadership from all downtown locations
  • Learn more about what makes working at Earls unique, from our team culture to growth and development opportunities
  • Have an on the spot, in-person interview

Event Details:

  • Date: Tuesday, February 3rd and Wednesday, February 4th
  • Time: Drop in anytime between 9AM–4PM
  • Where: Earls Prudential at 800 Boylston St, Unit 107, Boston, MA (please note: the hiring event for both Greater Boston locations will be hosted here)

How to Prepare:

  • Bring your most updated resume
  • Dress in something that makes you feel your best
  • Know what role(s) and location you’re most interested in
  • Bring your energy! We want to get to know you, not just your experience
