Job Title: Project Manager - Single Use Technology
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Single-Use Technology Center of Excellence, which drives 4-6 network-level initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and timely delivery of complex technical programs within a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities
+ Project Planning and Coordination.
+ Engage with stakeholders to ensure global excellence.
+ Manage risks and issues effectively.
+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement Single-Use Technology (SUT) and understand lessons learned.
+ Coordinate multiple network-level projects focused on single-use technologies.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across sites.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, manufacturing sites, and senior stakeholders.
+ Provide clear, concise reporting to executive leadership and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
+ Drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet project objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience managing complex, multi-site technical programs within biopharma or related manufacturing.
+ Strong strategic and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic network setting.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting.
+ Familiarity with single-use systems and related technologies in regulatory, development, or design expertise.
+ Ability to balance high-level coordination with hands-on execution.
+ Alignment with time zones: EST, Paris, Singapore.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Framingham, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $84.00/hr.
