Au Pair

Schedule (~35 hours/week) Two full weekdays (7-8 hours each) Two half days One weekend day One evening shift (for a parent date night or social time) We'll finalize the exact schedule together -- we are flexible and prioritize rest and sustainability for everyone. ? Your Role With Elizabeth (8): Serve as a calm, creative companion during her homeschool days. Follow her lead and interests -- crafting, storytelling, design, and imaginative play. Support emotional regulation through co-regulation, patience, and presence. Help her move through gentle routines like snack prep, transitions, and personal care. With Thomas (3): Care for him during a few mornings or afternoons when he's not in preschool. Engage in sensory play, walks, building, and movement games. Help with simple care routines (diapering or potty support, snacks, transitions). Light Household Tasks: Tidying play areas, children's dishes, and occasional kids' laundry. Helping maintain a peaceful, organized rhythm in the home. ? What We Offer Private Room and Shared Bath: A quiet, light-filled space with fast Wi-Fi and privacy respected. All Meals Provided: Mostly organic, home-cooked meals. We're happy to meet dietary needs. Compensation: Competitive weekly stipend, paid holidays, and bonuses for a great match. Experienced with (or curious about) neurodivergent children, especially those who thrive outside traditional systems.
