Description:
A mental health facility in Worcester County is seeking a Night RN (7p-7a) with adolescent psychiatric experience. This position requires coverage every other weekend and two major plus one minor holiday commitments.
Requirements:
Candidates must have previous adolescent psych experience and be willing to float as needed based on census.
Strong skills in patient care, crisis intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Current CPI certification preferred .
Full credentialing is required.
Candidate must attend two consecutive orientation days (8a-3:30p) , a third day for CPI if needed , and one shadow shift ; these cannot be broken up.
About the Role:
- The facility provides comprehensive mental health programming for children/adolescents, adults, and older adults, with additional specialized programs based on community needs. Free screenings are offered to determine the most appropriate level of care, and the team accepts calls 24/7.
