Job Summary:

As a Social Serves Director at RegalCare at Blackstone Valley, you will play a pivotal role in leading our social services department to ensure the highest level of care and support for our patients and residents in Whitinsville, MA. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of social services, providing emotional support to our patients and families, and developing programs to improve patient outcomes. About the Role:

As a Social Serves Director, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage a team of social workers, case managers, and other support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality social services

• Develop and implement programs and services to meet the emotional and psychological needs of our patients and residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers to address psychosocial and mental health needs

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social services or a related field

• Licensed in the state of Massachusetts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff

• Strong leadership and management skills to lead and manage a team of social workers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
