Seeking part time [Flexible hours] Office Assistant
Excellent working conditions, Pay as outside contractor.
General knowledge of Quick Books Accounting System a must
Work with owner as assistant for scheduling property maintenance
Must be organized and self-motivated
Located in Middleton,Ma.

General office duties
· Pick up mail from post office box
· Open mail and clearly note what property the mail is for
· File All paid invoices as necessary
· Scan bills into accounting system
Communication with customer customers
· Send reminders for HVAC maintenance
· Send request for bids on insurance for properties on an annual basis
· Send request for bids for Plowing properties on a annual basis
· Send request for bids on landscaping for properties on annual basis
· Send request for insurance policies from each tenant on an annual basis
Accounting
· Company will pay to send you to QuickBooks accounting classes
{if you leave within a year, you must pay 50% of the cost of schooling}
· Enter all bills in the system by property
· Scan all invoices into the system
· Enter checks received
· Do Bank deposits
· Create and send out bills as necessary
· Do projects as instructed by the accountant
Work location
· Kelly properties office space River St Middleton Ma
· Work as a sub-contractor
· Work two -three days a week -five hours per day
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
