This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic healthcare professional who can oversee all aspects of nursing care while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for all nursing operations across our nursing home and rehabilitation departments
• Develop and manage departmental budgets while optimizing resource allocation to maintain quality patient care standards
• Lead staff development initiatives, mentor nursing professionals, and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance clinical competencies
• Establish and monitor quality assurance protocols, driving continuous improvement initiatives to exceed regulatory standards and patient satisfaction metrics
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, managing risk assessment processes and coordinating with regulatory bodies during inspections
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and long-term care services

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation healthcare settings
• Current RN license and demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare operations management
• Proven experience in budget management, staff development, and performance management within healthcare environments
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, quality assurance protocols, and risk management practices in nursing home operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability in crisis management and healthcare policy implementation

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience
