Ophthalmology job - Boston, MA area - Ophthalmologist Needed

Cataract/refractive surgeon needed to join well established practice with 7 MD's and 3 OD's. Immediate volume of 40 patients per day and up to 500 surgeries per year. The practice currently offers Femtosecond laser assisted surgery with LRI's, Toric, and presbyopia-correcting IOLs as well as corneal cross-linking and have the FDA approved Avedro device on site. State of the art facility. High volume, one location practice with an excellent referral base and reputation. Comprehensive group includes cornea, retina, glaucoma, pediatrics, oculoplastics and optometry. 8,300 square foot office with 16 eye lanes and on-site optical shop. 40 dedicated staff members. Competitive compensation of $275-$325,000 plus incentive bonus and excellent benefits package. This is a partnership track opportunity within one to two years. Once a partner, there is an opportunity to obtain equity ownership of on-site optical dispensary and equity in an ophthalmic surgery center. Conveniently located less than 20 miles from Boston on the north shore.
