As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by preparing nutritious and appetizing meals in our state-of-the-art kitchen. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipe and production standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu cycles, ensuring variety and diversity in patient dining experiences

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving food and supplies

• Participate in menu tasting and testing to ensure quality and palatability

• Develop and maintain knowledge of dietary restrictions and special needs, accommodating patient requirements with ease and discretion

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, responding to patient and staff needs with kindness and promptness
