Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing great guest service? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a Pool Attendant!
As a Pool Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering a positive and relaxing poolside experience for our guests. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout the pool deck and surrounding areas while providing friendly, professional service.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests
- Clean and inspect pool bathrooms to meet safety and presentation standards
- Replenish supplies and notify management of needed repairs or maintenance
- Distribute and manage pool towels responsibly
- Clean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture daily
- Remove trash, debris, and potential hazards from pool and deck areas
- Monitor pool areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Interact professionally with guests and owners, delivering a Gold Crown–level hospitality experience
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet company standards of conduct and appearance
