Job Description

Join Oracle Health as a specialist within our dynamic Product Enablement team, a key group driving the seamless deployment of Oracle Health AI Application Suite products, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and in-flight Oracle Health Patient Accounting migrations. This position sits within our Customer Enablement team, which is dedicated to customer success through strategic relationship management, change leadership, stakeholder alignment, and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers during the entire deployment phase, expertly managing complex relationships and acting as the first point of contact for the Product Enablement team.

  • Take ownership of project deliverables, including tracking milestones, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all tasks are on target.

  • Establish, implement, and uphold consistent standards for successful project delivery.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of project proposals, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and Oracle Health best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with implementation teams, management, and account managers to source technical expertise and achieve project goals.

  • Generate and communicate clear, comprehensive status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee seamless project closure and handoff processes to the Help Desk, ensuring continuity of customer support.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to manage varied, complex tasks with sound independent judgment.

  • Expertise in customer-facing, consultative project work, with a natural aptitude for stakeholder management.

  • Experience in leading project teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or customer-focused experience in a software or healthcare IT environment.

  • Revenue Cycle expertise is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

About the Team:

The Product Enablement team is a trusted delivery partner working across the Product organization to align engineering efforts with customer deployments. Our team drives superior product quality and ensure our customers' success.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
