Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records. Experience with Raintree EMR is preferred.
• New graduates not accepted. Travel clinician must be able to complete pre-assignment health modules.

Assignment Details

• Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist.
• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: Monday through Friday, 0800–1630.
• Schedule expectations: Clinic may operate extended hours; candidate must be open to two evenings per week until 1900 and flexible to 4x10 options if agreed.
• Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Contract duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
• All new travelers must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

Provide outpatient rehabilitation services using evidence-based practice. Treat a broad case mix including post-operative, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
