Location: Remote (US-based only)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will lead solution design and architecture for large-scale CSM implementations, as well as define the technical roadmap, ensure platform scalability, and provide leadership across design, build and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for ServiceNow CSM projects.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Provide guidance to consultants and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow CSM capabilities.
Skillset
- ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS CSM.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow CSM architecture and solution design.
- Proven track record leading complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
