Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services for students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning strategies
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and parents when needed
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to maximize success
• Participate in IEP meetings and other school-led activities
