Are you a certified arborist with a passion for trees and a talent for building relationships? We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Arborist Sales Representative to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll be the go-to expert, assessing trees, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring clients make informed decisions to protect and enhance their green assets.

As a key member of our team, you'll be on the front lines, using your expertise to diagnose and solve client problems while providing essential, high-quality tree care solutions.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Perform on-site tree and landscape assessments for residential and/or commercial clients.

• Develop and present comprehensive proposals for a full range of tree care, pruning, removal, and plant health care services.

• Ensure all recommendations and practices adhere to ANSI A300 pruning standards and best management practices.

• Collaborate with production crews to ensure seamless job execution and client satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and education.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• ISA Certified Arborist or MCA (Massachusetts Certified Arborist) is required.

• Strong knowledge of plant health care, tree biology, and common pests and diseases.

• Understanding of ANSI A300 pruning standards and industry safety practices.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sales or client service experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.

The compensation for this position is expected to start at $60,000 per year. This base compensation is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
