Refrigeration Project Manager
Job Details:
Commercial Refrigeration Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor installation teams.
- Manage project schedules, labor, and quality.
- Ensure job site safety and code compliance.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician (RT) License required.
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews.
What We Offer:
- $50–$65/hour DOE.
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus.
