The Role

As Head Chef, you will take an active, hands-on role in daily kitchen operations while guiding a skilled culinary team to deliver extraordinary dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, execution, and presentation across all kitchen functions

Requirements

• 3+ years of Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume environment
• Willingness and ability to work hands-on in the kitchen alongside your team
• A proven track record of operational success and team leadership

• A commitment to trust, integrity, and a genuine passion for the guest experience
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and effective under pressure

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, plus bonus
