Salary:

• Base: $55,000
• OTE (Year 1): $80,000 – $95,000+
• OTE (Year 2): $85,000 – $120,000+
• Uncapped residual commission (paid monthly)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the SMB market
• Engage with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, VP) to understand business needs

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Educate clients on technology-driven solutions and automation tools
• Maintain strong pipeline activity and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
