Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) is made up of a team of devoted and highly skilled professionals and paraprofessionals who provide quality care to the individuals we serve. Our agency is led by a passionate and involved leadership team based out of our Easthampton main office.
NCYF opened its doors in 1972 and became incorporated in 1976. We’re an experienced agency with multiple locations which provide foster care services, in home therapy, outpatient therapy, treatment residences , and therapeutic day programs. For nearly 50 years, we have been committed to providing innovative and high quality care to our consumers. Director of Development and Marketing
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a Director of Development and Marketing to develop the demand for services in the communities we serve; create new and maintain current clients in all service areas; build communication strategies and messaging internally as well as externally; and research/identify potential funding opportunities and write and submit grants to government agencies, foundations and corporations.
This director is responsible for promoting NCYF services through effective use of advertising, social media, industry-related events and vendor fairs, as well as for the upkeep of the brand and identifying new strategies to stay current in our field.
Qualifications, skills and education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
At least 3 years minimum experience in customer service, marketing, or data management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and quality service.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation.
Proven experience in grant proposal writing with a successful track record of securing funding.
Experience managing databases related to grants or funding opportunities is preferred.
Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks required
This position is fully in office, M-F 9a-5p, some travel required.
