- Lead high-energy, 45-minute group training sessions designed for all fitness levels
- Provide individualized attention and form corrections in a group setting
- Build relationships with members to support them on their fitness journeys
- Create an inclusive, motivating, and empowering environment
- Conduct focus meetings with members to improve and adopt healthy habits
- Assist with gym operations, sales, member engagement, and community events
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
- High-energy personality with strong communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Scheduling: Early morning shift twice/week (5:15, 6:30, 7:30), mid-morning shift twice/week (8:30, 9:30)
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) or Degree in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning, or Exercise Physiology or in the process of obtaining
- CPR/AED certification
