Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Operations Technology organization. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications that power high quality digital experiences.

You will be encouraged to develop a strong understanding of the full application ecosystem and collaborate closely with cross functional partners including Squad Leads, Scrum Masters, Engineers, QA, and Architects. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with an emphasis on building scalable, resilient, and user-centered solutions in an agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and deliver features that support modern digital experiences

• Collaborate within an agile squad to deliver incremental value on a frequent release cadence

• Build robust, scalable front-end experiences and full-stack solutions

• Contribute to technical strategy and guide decisions related to end-user experience

• Take ownership of outcomes and deliver high-quality software with accountability

• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and problem-solving sessions

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of professional SWE experience

• Strong experience Angular

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and applying API design best practices

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and npm package management

• Strong experience delivering software in Jenkins CI/CD and DevOps-driven environment

• Strong experience with SQL - Recent experience utility AI to build applications

• Familiarity with enterprise integration and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel)

• Experience with client-side testing tools such as Jasmine and Karma

• Experience with Docker containerization

• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS

• AWS certifications

• Knowledge of and experience implementing W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
