Your Mission:

Your mission is to curate your tenants’ vitality by owning the strategy and rhythm of our longevity rituals. You don’t just manage a gym; you design the high-performance culture that turns a workplace into a thriving hub, strengthening the connective tissue between our members while providing the movement and recovery protocols that fuel their life's work.

Your Focus:

You are the guardian of our standards—honing the craft of your team and ensuring our training, programming, and service are second to none. Through authentic connection and a commitment to excellence, you drive the energy and engagement that make our spaces a thriving hub. By clearing the way for our members to achieve their best, you fuel both personal longevity and your building’s beating heart.

Outcomes You’ll Deliver:
  • Strategic Programming: Own the vision and heartbeat of your building’s wellness services. You’ll design an intentional mix of fitness classes, wellness programs, and activations that spark vitality and strengthen the connective tissue of the community.
  • Service Blueprinting: Act as the architect for our wellness services, defining the goals, logistics, and "run-of-show" frameworks. You set the stage with such precision that your team can step in and deliver a seamless, high-impact experience every time.
  • Vendor Partnership Standards: Work hand-in-hand with on-site operators and local vendors to create a cohesive thriving hub. You’ll manage the fine details of partner alignment, ensuring every collaborator is tuned in to our standards and contributes to our house proud atmosphere.
  • Measurable Operational Impact: Manage assigned resources and budgets with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll track the pulse of your service through feedback and data, helping demonstrate that our hospitality-first approach delivers measurable impact.
  • Leadership & Prioritization Provide the wellness "north star" for your team. By setting clear priorities, you empower your team to focus on execution excellence, ensuring every detail aligns with our premium standards.
Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations, preferably in a corporate or luxury environment.
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification
  • 1+ years experience managing at least one full-time direct report
  • Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
  • Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
  • Effective escalation owner, resolving complex event issues quickly while protecting the guest experience.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
  • Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.
Key Competencies:
  • Customer & Community Focus: You have a natural ability to "read the room" and anticipate needs before they are voiced. You create a welcoming, personalized environment where community members feel valued and genuinely want to spend their time.
  • Seamless Operational Execution: You are a master of the details. You organize your work with such clarity that the transition from a plan to a live experience is effortless. You prepare your team to deliver high-quality, mistake-free results, even in fast-paced environments.
  • Relationship Management: As a natural connector, you build trust through authentic presence and a relentless effort to follow-through. Whether you are coordinating with a member or a vendor, you communicate with the heart of a host and the reliability of a trusted partner.
  • Balanced "Craft" & Reality: You possess the entrepreneurial edge to balance high-energy creative programming with the realities of execution. You know how to assess what is realistically possible, ensuring projects align with your team's actual budget, logistics, and capacity, while still going above and beyond to wow your members.
  • Organization & Prioritization: You thrive in the dance of complex, ever-changing environments. You manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively with a level of poise and prioritization that ensures the building’s heartbeat never skips a beat.
