At Confidence Personal Training we help people aged 40+ move better, feel better and get stronger!
It is highly rewarding work that we’ve been doing since 2016. Most people dread going to work but here at CPT we love what we do.
Here’s what we’re looking for
A dynamic and energetic personality to join our team as a Personal/Small Group Trainer and is looking to establish a long-term career in the fitness industry. The right candidate is a CNP (Certified Nice Person) and will want to learn and run our proven system.
Someone who will bring positive energy and a can-do attitude to everything they do while building lasting relationships with our members.
Someone who wants to help people change their lives for the better and make an actual difference in the world.

We will support the right candidate in acquiring advanced Personal Trainer certifications that are in line with our program philosophy.
Certified/Degree:
- A degree in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
- A recognized fitness certification is required (NASM, ACE NSCA, CFSC, etc.)
- CPR/First Aid certification is also required.
Experience: 2+ years experience coaching small or large groups is required.
