Responsibilities

Foundational hire for a fast growing company scaling organically and via aggressive M&A. This position will be the CFO’s right hand person with potential to be the "Controller in waiting."

Duties:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for multi-entity envronment.

• Direct reconciliations for bank/credit cards and high-volume transactional systems across the company.

• Oversee multi-state allocations, vendor procurement, and variance analysis.

• Partner with the CFO on monthly financial packages, forecasting, and the automation of systems to support exponential growth.

• Hire, mentor train staff

• Manage AP, AR processes

• Coordinate audits

• Build out accounting function and team to support growth
