Looking for a candidate that will bring energy to our team. We are a small and fast moving company that is looking to grow. This is an office/shop environment so dress is very casual. You must be good talking on the phone and some days the phone may not ring at all, enjoy people, have the ability to adapt to change, enjoy technology and learn moderatly fast, the ability to find a solution to a problem and be able to work in a fast paced work setting. Most every day you will be in the office and every so often will need to leave the office for office errands to be taken care of. The job itself is pretty simple and there will always be something that will keep you busy throughout the day. This is an administrative position that expects a great deal of support and dedication to management.
Must know how to use Quickbooks, Microsoft software, mostly excel and word.. We use many online platforms so attention to detail will be expected. Looking for your comfort with social media, while it is not required it will be helpful. Any scheduling experience will also be a benefit. Will be helping with payroll responsibilities in the form of organizing employee hours each week and some bookkeeping in the form of paying monthly bills and ensuring paid on time.
We are looking for someone that thinks outside the box, great problem solving skills and okay working alone. The job will provide paid training and as the company grows the position will grow. The job hours are Monday - Friday, business hours and from time to time may require a Saturday morning (not likly).
You will be working directly for the owner to support the growth and daily ongoings of the company and supporting the management and sales team.
