What you'll be doing:

• Development and evaluation of automated test scripts.
• Plan, design, execute, and document software testing activities for various projects using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Review and analyze software requirements, specifications, design documents, and code to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues using defect management tools and processes.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections on software development projects and processes to verify adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
• Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to stakeholders and management using appropriate tools and formats.
• Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other quality engineers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality software products and services.
• Research and recommend quality improvement initiatives and tools for the SDS department.

What you bring to the table:

• Hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, TestNG, SQL, and Object Model automation framework to successfully modify existing automation Java framework.
• Experience with Automation Architecture
• Experience with API Testing
• Knowledge of software development life cycle models and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience following the Agile/SCRUM methodology in all phases of the software development life cycle, participating in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Experience writing and reviewing test scenarios and test cases for different types of testing, such as smoke, functional, integration, and system testing, using tools such as Selenium, Zephyr, and Postman.
• Experience developing and executing test automation scripts for front-end and back-end test cases, using frameworks and languages such as Selenium, and Java.
• Experience using source control tools such as Git and GitHub to manage and update the test automation code and documentation.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software development.
• 3+ years of experience in JAVA, Selenium TestNG, SQL and Object Model Framework
