Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician (Endoscopy & SPD)

Location: Concord, MA

Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Schedule: 5×8s, 40 Hours per Week (Rotating Weekends)

Contract Type: 13 Weeks (extendable based on performance)

Compensation:
• Gross Weekly Pay: $1700
• Pay Rate: $15/hour (W2)
• Weekly Stipend: $1100 (Meals & Housing)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to support both Endoscopy and Sterile Processing Department (SPD) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instrument sterilization, endoscope reprocessing, and infection control standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform decontamination, cleaning, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Handle and process endoscopic equipment in compliance with industry standards and facility protocols
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of sterilization equipment
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and quality checks
• Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stocking of sterile supplies
• Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure timely availability of instruments
• Support both SPD and Endoscopy units as required

Requirements:
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with strong sterile processing experience OR dedicated SPD Technician
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sterile Processing and Endoscopy reprocessing
• Certification required: CBSPD or HSPA

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
