Interior Architect
:
Overview We are seeking an Interior Architect to join the ENNE Boston team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in interior architecture and a strong interest in integrating high-quality furniture into functional and visually compelling spaces.
This role involves:
- Collaborating with clients, our factory, and the production team to support both architectural and aesthetic aspects of store layout and client projects
- Creating layout and design files that incorporate ENNE furniture into existing architectural projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with architectural firms to promote and integrate our furniture into their designs
- Promoting ENNE products and identifying opportunities for furniture sales within broader design projects
Please note: This is not a full-time design or on-site project management role. We are looking for someone who bridges design and sales—someone who understands space planning and aesthetics while also being able to represent our brand and products effectively.
Duties
- Develop detailed interior architectural designs using sketches, drafts, and CAD software.
- Support sales efforts by providing layout plans and 3D visualizations that incorporate ENNE furniture.
- Create 3D models using Revit and 3ds Max as needed to visualize design concepts and product integration.
- Assist with construction estimating to help provide accurate project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into functional, stylish solutions.
- Prepare design presentations and contract documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms to support the seamless integration of ENNE furniture into existing and upcoming projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software.
- Strong skills in sketching, drafting, and construction estimating.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations affecting architecture.
- Previous experience in business development is a plus but not required.
