The Role

We're looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman to lead our maintenance crew and deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure every project meets our high standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead weekly maintenance routes and manage crew operations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee spring/fall cleanups, edging, weeding, and mowing operations
• Operate and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Document daily activities and track project progress
• Create a safe work environment for the team
• Train and mentor crew members

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of landscape or crew leadership experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Ability to operate trucks and trailers safely
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit (ability to lift 80 lbs)
• Available Monday-Friday with Saturday flexibility during peak season
