Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70 K-85K/yr

Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

• Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and complete necessary documentation.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team to fill gaps in the community.
• Utilize interventions creatively to help clients achieve goals.
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively, and pass a background check.
• Comfort working with diverse client concerns and demonstrating appropriate boundaries.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
