Position Overview:
We're looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join our commercial insurance sales team. This is a 100% commission-only opportunity with no cap on earnings and remote flexibility . Ideal candidates are licensed (or willing to get licensed) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire and have experience in B2B sales or commercial lines insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business clients across MA and NH
Educate clients on risk management and insurance coverage options
Customize commercial insurance solutions based on client needs
Build and manage long-term relationships with business owners
Work closely with internal support teams for quoting and processing
Stay informed on state-specific insurance regulations and market trends

Qualifications:
Active P&C Insurance License in MA and/or NH (or willingness to obtain quickly)
Prior experience in commercial insurance or B2B sales highly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and self-management skills
Goal-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses
Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline
Compensation:
Commission-Only – You keep a generous share of every deal you close, with no ceiling on income . Top earners build six-figure books of business.
Territory:
Massachusetts & New Hampshire – local knowledge is a plus!
