Responsibilities
WHAT YOU"LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
• Perform general and preventative maintenance throughout the property, including guest rooms, offices, common areas, locker rooms, spa and pool areas, fitness facilities, residences, and public spaces.
• Complete repairs and maintenance projects involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, HVAC, mechanical systems, and other related building trades.
• Respond to guest and colleague service requests promptly while maintaining excellent communication and providing exceptional service.
• Assist with property projects including furniture reconfigurations, gym equipment adjustments, medical equipment support, and other operational needs.
• Maintain pool and spa equipment, complete water testing, and make appropriate chemical adjustments while ensuring compliance with state Board of Health regulations.
• Maintain accurate records related to water quality testing, chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain an organized workspace, storage areas, and accurate inventory of maintenance parts and supplies while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:• 2-3 years of general maintenance experience required, with commercial maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Available Sunday - Wednesday from 3 PM - 11 PM.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tiling, HVAC, mechanical systems, and other associated building trades.
• Ability to perform or learn pool and spa care, water testing, chemical balancing, and gym equipment maintenance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, interpret instructions, and maintain Canyon Ranch’s standards of excellence and safety.

PAY RANGE: $18.50 - $19.24 / hour.
