Assistant Property Manager - Part Time
Summer Village is currently looking for a two part time Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager will work alongside the Property Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the community. If you enjoy working in a customer service role while also performing administrative tasks, this is the job for you. Property management experience preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure owners receive the highest level of service consistent with our organization's Customer Service philosophy
- De-escalate client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Efficiently perform administrative tasks including drafting documents, filing and answering telephones
- Work directly alongside the Property Manager and five-member Board of Trustees
- Assist in managing a staff of 10-20 employees and create the schedule
- Set up and attend monthly board meetings and take meeting minutes
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with computer-based applications/systems such as Google Docs and Google sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Well developed customer service skills and focus on resolving customer related issues in an efficient manner.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
The management office is open Monday-Friday.
Our office is open from 9 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays. We have a monthly meeting on the last Wednesday of the month at 7 PM.
Must have a valid drivers license and pass a Cori check.
