We’re looking for motivated, talented hair stylists to join our team at Salon Riza, a busy, well-established salon with 10+ years of success in the industry. This is a commission-based position , ideal for stylists who want to grow their business in a high-traffic, professional environment.

Whether you’re an experienced stylist with a strong clientele or someone ready to build your book, we offer the support, exposure, and atmosphere you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Stay current with trends and techniques through continued education
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with other stylists to contribute to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid cosmetology license (State of Massachusetts)
• At least one year of experience as a stylist
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Passion for the industry and willingness to grow
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced salon
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
