Mammographer - Boston, MA (Kenmore)
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Boston, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Mammography Technologist to assist them on a contractual basis.
Details of the position include:
Position: Mammography Technologist
Location: Boston, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 or 26 weeks - likelihood of extension
Schedule:
- Schedule 1:
o 36 hours per week
o Wed/Thur/Fri 7:30a-8p
- Schedule 2:
o 40 hours per week
o Mon-Fri 7:30a-4p
- Schedule 3:
o 40 hours per week
o 4x10s 7:30a-6p
o No weekends
- Schedule 4:
o 24 hours per week
o Mon/Tue 7:30a-8p
o No major holidays – department closed
Contract Requirements:
- Hologic experience
- ARRT (M)
- MA state radiation control license by start date - 2–3-week turnaround from application upon offer
- Must be comfortable working independently (4+ years of experience preferred)
- 2D and 3D experience - Must be able to provide documentation of at least 8 hours of training on both by start date
- Diagnostic experience on top of screening experience – will be doing both
- Must have documentation of CEUs going back three years to present by start date
- COVID vaccine preferred but not required - Declination accepted but must wear mask during flu season if so
Pay:
- Local: $2,808/week
- Travel: $3,331/week
EMR: EPIC - willing to train
Parking: Monthly fee - we will reimburse
