Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control, assist with directional questions, and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Support mall operations during opening, closing, and peak business hours by observing activity, assisting with crowd management concerns, and following post orders for assigned patrol areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
