Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Operations Manager Trainee to join our fast-growing food startup. You will undergo structured training across multiple store locations on the East Coast and quickly grow into a key operations leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Execute standard operating procedures to ensure consistent customer experience
• Support new store openings and operational transitions
• Lead, train, and develop frontline staff
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
• Maintain high standards of food safety and store cleanliness
• Work closely with upper management on performance improvement and execution of company initiatives

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate among different East Coast store locations
• Experience in store operations or management preferred (F&B, retail, or consumer goods industry)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• High level of responsibility, adaptability, and stress tolerance
• Fluent English required; Mandarin language skills are a plus
