Practice Manager - Financial Planning Team

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our practice.
Position Overview
The Financial Planning Practice Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, enhancing client experience, and supporting advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning services. This role blends operational leadership, client service management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day office operations and workflow efficiency
· Manage client service processes, including onboarding, scheduling, and follow-ups
· Implement and maintain operational systems, CRM tools, and compliance procedures
· Coordinate with financial advisors to ensure timely preparation for client meetings
· Track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
· Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and client communications
· Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
· Manage office resources
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven experience in office or operations management
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
· 3–7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar environment
· Project management experience
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive salary based on experience in the range of $65,000 -$75,000
