West Springfield, MA Inspira Counseling Center is a growing group practice providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services to individuals and families throughout Western Massachusetts. We are seeking a clinician interested in working with children, adolescents, families, and women recovering from trauma to join our team providing in-person therapy services at our West Springfield office. Both licensed clinicians and license-eligible masters-level clinicians are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available for clinicians working toward independent licensure. Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
- Collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Participate in supervision or clinical consultation as appropriate
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) or license-eligible clinician working toward licensure
- Ability to provide in-person therapy sessions
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
- Interest in trauma-informed therapy
- Training or interest in play therapy or CBT for youth
- Spanish speaking ability is a plus
- Clinical supervision toward licensure
