Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead ERP and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA migrations and large-scale enterprise technology implementations. Responsibilities
- Lead ERP/digital transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee planning, execution, and governance of major IT implementations.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
- Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage and align cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners.
- Analyze business processes and create tailored transformation roadmaps.
- Support tender/vendor management and selection processes.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Academic background in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven IT Project Management experience, particularly in major IT implementations.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in IT consulting or project management.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or other enterprise systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.
- Experience with vendor management and large-scale program oversight.
- PMP or other project management certifications a plus.
- SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA migration projects).
- Expertise in manufacturing and/or wholesale retail industries.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
