Senior IT Project Manager – ERP/Digital Transformation

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead ERP and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA migrations and large-scale enterprise technology implementations. This is a management-focused role, responsible for project oversight, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence rather than hands-on configuration.

The ideal candidate will bring a consulting background, strong project management expertise, and a proven track record managing ERP/digital transformation projects across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, or other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP/digital transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee planning, execution, and governance of major IT implementations.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners.
• Analyze business processes and create tailored transformation roadmaps.
• Support tender/vendor management and selection processes.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven IT Project Management experience, particularly in major IT implementations.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in IT consulting or project management.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or other enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.
• Experience with vendor management and large-scale program oversight.
• PMP or other project management certifications a plus.

Should Have

• SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA migration projects).
• Expertise in manufacturing and/or wholesale retail industries.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
