Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Quincy, MA. This role requires a Project Manager with strong communication and organizational skills, backed by proven experience leading enterprise‑level programs .

Rate Range: $43/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage enterprise‑level programs by driving project planning, execution, timelines, and risk mitigation.

• Oversee intranet modernization and employee experience platform initiatives from concept through successful delivery.

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and smooth project execution.

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication plans.

• Track project performance using KPIs to ensure scope, budget, and quality standards are met.

• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and stakeholder experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• 6–8 years of proven experience managing enterprise‑level programs or large‑scale organizational initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience delivering intranet modernization, employee experience platforms, or global HR transformation projects.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $44.00 per hour
