Project Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Quincy, MA. This role requires a Project Manager with strong communication and organizational skills, backed by proven experience leading enterprise‑level programs .
Rate Range: $43/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager job responsibilities include:
Lead and manage enterprise‑level programs by driving project planning, execution, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Oversee intranet modernization and employee experience platform initiatives from concept through successful delivery.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication plans.
Track project performance using KPIs to ensure scope, budget, and quality standards are met.
Identify operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
6–8 years of proven experience managing enterprise‑level programs or large‑scale organizational initiatives.
Demonstrated experience delivering intranet modernization, employee experience platforms, or global HR transformation projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
