Location: West Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (10 hours/week)
Employment Type: W-2 Employee
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist to join our team for part-time, in-person work. This position is ideal for a clinician who is looking to work afternoon hours during the week and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients in-person at our West Springfield office

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR (TherapyNotes)

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other clinicians as needed

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with Massachusetts licensing boards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field

• Active Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, or working toward licensure under supervision)

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)

• Comfortable using electronic health record systems

• Ability to work independently and reliably within a set schedule
