River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates, Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust.
The Treasury Services Operations Manager oversees treasury product implementations, technical support, customer service, and business support functions while supervising the Treasury Specialist. This role partners across the organization and with clients to ensure compliance with policies and deliver exceptional service internally and externally.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain high level of knowledge of the Bank’s treasury management for domestic and international products and services.
- Provide support for Treasury Management consultative sales functions in conjunction with Treasury & Business Relationship Managers, Lenders, Business Development Officers and Branch personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals and presentation materials.
- Reviews and prepares customer agreements and/or approval documentation.
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of treasury management products and services in conjunction with business partners.
- Perform on-site and phone-based product installation and customer training.
- Work with customers and 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide Treasury Management product demonstrations and training.
- Coordinate periodic internal and external risk assessments related to Treasury Management products including Automated Clearing House (ACH), Remote Deposit Capture limits, and Wire Transfer limits in conjunction with lending teams and support units.
- Coordinate and execute customer communications as needed.
- Perform customer billing and reporting related to Treasury Management financial performance and product activity.
- Coordinate and support projects related to product development, Bank integrations and conversions.
- Provides exceptional customer service for both internal and external requests.
- Ensure established procedures for contract management and implementation processes are followed.
- Oversees high-level ticket requests through FIS coordinators.
- Acts as BST (Business Service Tool) Administrator.
Qualifications, Experience, and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.
- 5 years of retail and/or commercial banking experience, including experience and knowledge of treasury management and deposit products and services.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in treasury services, banking operations, or a related financial services environment preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to interpret complex documents, maintain a professional demeanor, learn new systems, and meet deadlines.

The salary range represents an estimate based on market data for this position. Final compensation decisions are made based on experience, skills, and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across our organization.
