This is not a traditional physical therapy job.
And we’re okay with that.

At Whole Health Solutions & Sports Performance, we do things differently. We are a young, growing, performance-based rehab and training company built around one simple idea:

We integrate physical therapy, strength & conditioning, and health coaching to help people move better, feel better, and stay active for life. We operate on a direct pay model , which allows us to prioritize care quality, relationships, and long-term outcomes over volume.

We’re currently looking for a part-time Physical Therapist (~20 hours/week) who is excited to grow with us and not just fill a schedule.

Who We Serve

Our primary client populations include:

• Active adults (30–65) who want to stay strong, capable, and independent
• Middle school and high school athletes returning from injury and building performance

We also offer a growing Pelvic Health Program as part of our whole-person / whole-health approach , helping women regain strength, confidence, and control so they can return to the activities they love without pain or fear.

Schedule & Commitment

This is a part-time role (~20 hours per week).

We’re primarily looking to fill:

• Evenings
• Some weekday mornings

We’re also open to the idea of this role including Saturdays and/or Sundays , depending on the candidate’s availability and interest. Weekend work is not required.

This schedule is ideal for someone who:

What We’re Looking for Clinically

The ideal candidate:

• Is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Is comfortable blending rehab and performance-based training
• Can guide clients through our three-step process: Relieve → Rebuild → Perform
• Treats the whole body , not just the symptomatic area
• Is open to discussing sleep, stress, and lifestyle factors as part of care
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and empathetically with clients
